We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for optimal availability, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible!

We primarily serve Williamsburg and the surrounding Greater Williamsburg area, including York County, James City County, and Newport News. Contact us for events outside this area!

Our packages include professional setup, service staff, all necessary equipment and supplies, a variety of flavors to choose from, and cleanup. We customize packages based on your event size and needs!

Yes! Our Italian ice is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. We also offer sugar-free options. For our Baked Bitez cookies, please contact us about specific allergen concerns and we'll work with you.

We require at least 7 days notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
